Where I Began

Rooted in Kumasi,
Shaped by the World

I was born and raised in Kumasi, Ghana. A city of gold, culture, and unshakeable spirit. That spirit has guided me across continents. In 1994, I moved to the United States, where I continued my journey of growth, earning credentials from Oxford University in 1998 and Strayer University in 2005.

Over nearly three decades in business operations and accounting, I’ve learned that leadership is about clarity, courage, and purpose. When you understand your calling, you don’t wait for change, you become part of creating it.

In 2024, I received the ISC2 Global Impact Award, the highest global recognition in cybersecurity for community impact. I was also honored to be a finalist for the Women In Technology 2025 Non-profit Impact Award in North America.

Slamm Technologies & the Digital Frontier

As Director of Operations at Slamm Technologies, an IT company operating across the US and Ghana. I lead a cross-functional team delivering innovative IT training and services to governments, organizations, and individuals around the world.

In 2024, I received the ISC2 Global Impact Award, recognizing my work to help close the cybersecurity gap, especially for women and underserved communities. My mission is simple: when you gain digital knowledge, you gain power.

  • Cybersecurity leadership & awareness training
  • IT operations management & strategy
  • Digital inclusion & workforce development
  • Empowering women in technology

Building Foundations That Last

Through Slamm Foundation, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with churches, corporations, parliamentarians, and youth organizations across Ghana. Together, we’ve trained more than 38,000 people through the 1 Million Campaign. Our Nimdee App teaches IT skills in 10 languages and dialects so more people can access the digital future.

Through Read 2 Lead, we’ve built 3 libraries, donated over 100,000 books, and served more than 50,000 students and families since 2016. Because when a child reads, you don’t just change one life, you uplift an entire community.

I also co-founded Speakwell Foundation to help people become confident communicators and purpose-driven leaders. Your voice matters, and when you learn to use it, you can shape the future.

Odo's Kloset & the Speaking Stage

I founded Odo's Kloset, a clothing line where every fabric and design is created with one intention, to help you feel deeply and unmistakably loved. For me, fashion is a language of love and identity.

As a motivational speaker and keynote presenter, I speak to audiences around the world about faith, resilience, purpose, and the courage to lead. My signature message, "Your Voice Is Not an Accident", reminds you that your story, your voice, and your leadership matter.

Faith Is My Foundation

Everything I build begins with faith. Many people know me as "God's Favourite Daughter," and for me, that identity shapes everything I do. My work is not simply professional, it is a calling. I believe purpose is not something you stumble upon; it’s something you build, step by faithful step.

Every library built, every training program launched, and every stage I step onto is rooted in one conviction: that when you answer the call God places on your life, your work becomes service and your impact becomes legacy.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11
